• Can I get a different necklace chain length because mine is too long/short?

  Yes, we can exchange your chain for a different length within 14 days. The chain must be unused and in original condition. Send it back with your preferred length and a stamped return envelope.

• Can your moments charms fit on other charm bracelets/bangles?

  Our charms fit most standard charm bracelets, including many Pandora-style bangles. Always check the size in the product description or contact us if unsure.

• Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?

  All Belle Fever pieces come with a 365 day warranty covering manufacturing faults. Damage from wear, misuse, or outside alterations isn’t included, but we’ll always help where we can.

• What are the birthstones made from?

  Our birthstones are high quality crystals. Their colour can shift slightly depending on how the light passes through them.
