If your chain length isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange it.
We offer chain exchanges within 14 days of receiving your jewellery, as long as the chain is in its original condition (unworn and undamaged).
To request an exchange, please send your chain to:

Include the following in your parcel:
• The chain you’re exchanging
• A note with your preferred length (you’re welcome to contact us first to confirm availability)
• A self-addressed stamped envelope so we can send your new chain back to you quickly
Once we receive it, we’ll organise the new chain and return it to you as soon as possible.
