If I miss my package and it gets returned, how much is the re-delivery fee?
If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it. Re-delivery fees follow our standard tracked postage rates for your region. -
Delivery can take 3 to 14 working days depending on location. Early dispatch cannot be guaranteed, even with Express Post.

My tracking number has no events or updates?
It is normal for tracking to show no events for a few days until Australia Post scans the parcel. Contact us if there is no update after 2–4 business days.
