Australia Post does not scan every parcel at lodgement, so it is normal for tracking to show no events until the package reaches a sorting or processing facility. This can take 2 to 4 business days after we send your shipping confirmation.
If there are still no tracking updates after this timeframe, contact us and we can follow up with Australia Post.
